We believe that physical activity forms part of a good all-round education and this philosophy extends to our Sixth Form students.

Many girls in the Senior School enjoy traditional team sports such as netball, hockey and rounders, which continue to be part of the Sixth Form sports' programme, including fixtures against other schools. Others may have decided that traditional team sports are not for them and we therefore operate a programme of off-site activities in the Sixth Form which encourages physical activity in a different context such as paintballing, quad biking, fitness training and windsurfing. Other sports such as badminton, squash, volleyball and trampolining are also offered so that girls can not only keep physically active but also learn new skills.
